Spray tanning works in a similar way to how an apple turns brown after being bitten. It’s an oxidation process that takes place in the dead skin cells. You can choose bronzing solutions with different DHA percentages, which determine the final shade. The solution reacts with the upper layer of your skin and lasts for about 5–7 days, gradually fading as dead skin cells are naturally shed. If you’re spray tanning using the Sienna-X technique during your Sienna-X course and working with Sienna-X spray tanning solution, extraction isn’t usually required. However, for your own professional standards and your client’s peace of mind, you may wish to use a mobile extractor unit to manage overspray.

Initially, it will probably take you 15 minutes. After that, it should be possible to do it within 10 minutes. The most important thing is that your client feels comfortable.
